New Store Hours And Policy

Store Update: New Hours & After-Hours Gaming Fee (Effective April 1st)

Starting April 1st, True Neutral will be updating its store hours:

Monday–Saturday:

10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Tues Closed

Sunday:

12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

We care deeply about our gaming community and are always working to meet your expectations—whether that means having space available, staying open later, or creating a welcoming place to gather and play. At the same time, running the store comes with real costs like staffing, utilities, and maintaining the space you enjoy.

To balance both of these things, we’ll continue offering after-hours gaming for those who want to stay and play beyond closing time.

Players who stay after 8:00 PM will be charged a $10 per player flat fee (valid until 10:00 PM). This fee helps us offset overhead costs and ensures we can keep the lights on, the tables open, and the games going for everyone.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support. Everything we do is aimed at keeping True Neutral a place where our community can continue to gather, play, and grow together.
